La Maison’s Proactive Behaviour Strategies

Misbehaviour is expected and is impossible to prevent totally. Students are curious and infinitely imaginative, are most likely to exhibit behaviours unexpected to families and caregivers.

In acknowledging unexpected behaviours, there are numerous positive strategies families, caregivers and teachers, can utilize to assist in preventing misbehavior.

After starting at La Maison Montessori Kingston, the change in my daughter has been nothing short of remarkable. My daughter is more polite, focused, and kind. She wakes up eager to attend, and she literally talks non-stop about how much she loves and adores all the “Madames”. Our daughter is very happy there, looks forward to attending, regularly talks about her friends and is picking up some French language.
The environment is small and very friendly. The staff and other children have all been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Management have been very flexible and responsive in accommodating our needs.
